I really enjoy my yoga sessions with Charlotte. I make new friends and do fun activities. It's my final year at primary school and these sessions have been better than ever. Charlotte is really good at adapting yoga sessions depending on how we feel and I am comfortable to talk to her any time. I will miss her a lot in secondary school.

It's convenient because I don't need to leave the house so also takes up less time overall. I also like it because I don't feel like I need to "perform". There's only me in the room so nobody can see how well or badly I'm achieving each pose, and because we're muted no one can hear the grunts and noises I make!
